These terms and conditions govern your use of the El Marakby restaurant website in Jeddah and the reservation and online ordering services available through it. By using the website or submitting a reservation request or an online order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
You can order from the menu through the website in two ways only: pickup from the restaurant, or dine-in by entering your table number. We do not offer delivery, so no address is requested during checkout. Once your order is submitted you receive a reference (for example EM-XXXXXX) that you can use to follow its status at any time on the order tracking page. An order stays provisional until our team confirms it, and we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it or to check a detail.
All prices shown on the menu are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT (15%) in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prices may be updated from time to time; the applicable price is the one shown when you place your order or at the time of your visit. Payment methods for online orders are cash on pickup, bank transfer, or card (mada / Visa / Mastercard) through an online payment gateway when it is enabled — card details are entered on the gateway's own page, not on our website.
You can change or cancel your order by calling us at 0555291131 before we start preparing it. If we are unable to fulfil an order that has already been paid, we will contact you to arrange a refund through the same payment method. The restaurant reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if we cannot confirm it with you or if the requested items are unavailable.
A reservation request made through the website is not final until our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. Please arrive on time; during peak hours we may be unable to hold your table for more than 15 minutes past the reservation time. For large groups and events, we recommend contacting us directly well in advance.
You can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge by contacting us at 0555291131 before your reservation time. We appreciate advance notice of any change so we can offer the table to other guests. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel a reservation if we are unable to confirm it with you.
Subscribing to the newsletter is entirely optional and is activated by a confirmation email sent to your address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, and doing so does not affect your reservations or orders.
All website content — including text, dish photography, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to El Marakby and protected by intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect our services or regulatory requirements. The updated version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
