These terms and conditions govern your use of the El Marakby restaurant website in Jeddah and the reservation services available through it. By using the website or submitting a reservation request, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
A reservation request made through the website is not final until our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it. Please arrive on time; during peak hours we may be unable to hold your table for more than 15 minutes past the reservation time. For large groups and events, we recommend contacting us directly well in advance.
You can modify or cancel your reservation free of charge by contacting us at 0555 291 131 before your reservation time. We appreciate advance notice of any change so we can offer the table to other guests. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel a reservation if we are unable to confirm it with you.
All prices shown on the menu are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prices may be updated from time to time; the applicable price is the one shown on the menu at the time of your visit. Payment is made at the restaurant — we do not collect any payments through the website.
All website content — including text, dish photography, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to El Marakby and protected by intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect our services or regulatory requirements. The updated version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
